Moving from Quebec to the Caribou Chilcotin, in British Columbia. 
Robert started to sell Pure Maple products from Quebec. Unable to get traditional poutine like back home, He decided it was something everyone should have the pleasure of tasting and thus the Sugar Shack was born and it soon became his passion.
 

Robert and Brenda also from Quebec met in 2014 and it was not long before they shared the same passion for the Sugar Shack. As a team, they worked tirelessly to make the Sugar Shack what it is today. Taking pride in themselves and the quality of their products and food. Making their guests feel welcome and part of the Sugar Shack family. In 2016 Robert’s daughter Maryse started a mobile food truck with great success. Together, Robert & Brenda now share the future goal to honour Maryses’ memory by putting her truck back on the road. We now welcome you to our warm and charming, piece of Quebec.
